“I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. Then at about 11am as we were packing our car to leave I received a text saying OUR TRIP HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Needless to say our group was extremely……

“Looked nice inside out but there was a tv in the main bedroom on a tv mount but there was no outlet to plug in the blind were a little beat up The bathroom was nice but the toilet felt like it was going to fall over and tile on floor around the toilet was broken looked like they were caving in around the toilet We also encountered a few cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen told the host so she sent me roach spray ”

“We had a wonderful experience in a safe and clean Redlands neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was near to shopping and other amenities. Hetavi was a gracious host who addressed any issues we had and gave us great advice for accessing services and restaurants in the area. The rest of my family is very discriminating when it comes to accommodations and they were all extremely pleased with my choice.Would gladly come for a return visit in the……

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The home is spacious and lovely! The five bedrooms fit our family of 13 perfectly. The views of the hills are beautiful and the pool was a great hit with the family. The patio was perfect for hanging out while food was cooking on the BBQ grill. There was plenty of parking and communication with the host, Ann, was easy. Ann, thank you for sharing this lovely home! This was a fantastic vacation for our family.”

“The house is in a good location. The view was amazing. Waking up in the morning with the view of the lake was something to look forward to each day. The house is designed well. Each room is spacious and has nice decor. There was 15 people in our party. We all had plenty of room if we needed space from one another. The great room is perfect for hanging out with the family. We played games and had dinner together each evening in the great room. There was a couple shortcomings as well. The……
