“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“Easy interstate access, close to fast food and sit down restaurants, shopping just around the corner. ”

Informed him I never cancelled and even had a reservation confirmation #. I contacted Vrbo, they called him. He told them he didn’t own the home anymore. So he gave 2 different stories. So I had to book a new reservation at a motel instead. ”
