“It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street. The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. “Despite a mishap during check in, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location is great, walkable to a variety shopping, dining and entertainment areas! “Perfectly fine place to stay but I wanted to be closer to the heart of BGC and this is closer to the outer edges of it. There’s plenty of staff but some not that friendly. Three elevators but one isn’t working so on busy hours, getting an elevator takes a while. You have to go through seven floors of parking space before you get to the rooms so it’s not like I can quickly walk down to the lobby instead. If those don’t bother you, the hotel is great. WORST Experience with Holiday Inn

"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C is like human body and it will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. After that, I complained to the supervisor and they gave me another room. The whole thing took me 2 hours, I can't even go to bed at 2am. On the 2nd night, the A/C in the new room started to get noisy. Then I ask them to come to fixed it. After it was fixed, then there were faeces or rusty water kept leaking really bad in bathroom!!!!!! Futhermore, the refrigerator is very very very noisy. On the other hand, the swimming pool water is badly polluted. The operator do not know anything about water chemical. Last of all, the bed sheet got lots of stains!!!"
