Unfortunately, our boat was too large (28’ Sea Ray) to fit down Goose Creek channel, but the location was right next to Asheville Bay Marina, so we rented a slip there for the weekend. Andy at the marina was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed every time out on the water and was always there when we returned to……

We also watched other boaters float by as they headed to the Lake. We had clean accommodations, excellent communication with the property manager and everything we could ever imagine we might need . . . . from games, to water equipment, to condiments, to personal care items, etc., etc. . . . . the cottage……
