“前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发还有很多黑色小点点什么东西未知房间空调中吹出来的是冷气但关掉不吹更冷入住那天下雨室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了周边很远的范围内也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅海风很大吹的很响入住的体验感并不nice”

“Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted.
