Private beach with chair and umbrellas.they will serve you right on the beach bye getting you food and drinks also has a outdoor swimming pool..nice staff..nothing special about the continental breakfast..bagels, fruit, small croissants, small danish and some hard boiled eggs..coffee ..."

"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. Nice, relaxing stay
"My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town."

Decent and Better priced
"A good choice for “affordable” stays in the Hamptons. The place is not “fresh” or chic by any means but it’s very acceptable and half the price of many other accommodations. Over all it’s a good value. Clean, well located and homey."
