“Nice, quiet, peaceful.”

“Not impressed, glad by niece and her children didnt come. No diner table to have a meal at. Lack of dishes, silverware, no coffe table, no nightstands. No place to put your suitcases on, used the floor. Owners mother walked in the house, without knocking. Luckily my dog didnt get out. Shower had a hair ball in drain, feces in toilet, gunk all over tile in bathroom tiles. I had to wash the storm door, to see in or out.”

“This is the perfect spot for a family reunion. The hosts are amazing, great communication and if we had any questions or issues they answered immediately. The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone, we loved the pool and hot tub. Also able to use the volleyball courts and fire pit. Plenty of outdoor comfortable sitting areas. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place. ”

“The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. I assumed correctly the water was from a well so I brought some bottled water to drink. It is drinkable but has a well water taste. The cottage is heated through geo-thermal……

“This property is maintained very well and is clean. Three people stayed and there was more than enough room. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this property and owner. ”

“Nice setup and clean, however, would have been more comfortable with a couch or something with higher backs in the living area. The 17 stairs going upstairs to the unit were not mentioned in the description, just glad we’re still able to climb them. ”

“I wasn't expecting that a visit to my small hometown would end up being the nicest vacation stay I've had but it was. Walking distance to some fun restaurants and a great record store. Property itself was beautiful and well maintained in a renovated loft space. Lots of charm and attention to detail. This place makes me want to find reasons to visit Richmond more often!”

“We had a nice time celebrating my sons graduation from Earlham college. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. Very unique property with very nice furnishings. A historic property. We had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend.”
