This hotel was clean and very comfortable. I happily stayed 3 days. I felt safe inside and in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like that the breakfast starts at 6am. If I needed a hotel in the Greensboro area I would definitely stay here again.

I was very leery booking this property, but the reviews seemed to be fine. It was a big surprise when we got to Super 8 in Greensboro NC. It was one of the nicest Super 8's I have ever been to. It was very clean, staff was awesome, and I felt very safe, and the room was large. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Mike the front desk staff was A1. Very helpful and seemingly doing it all. OTHER STAFF were very pleasant during our interactions. The outisde parking lot definitely needs to be cleaned. And seems the location maybe under staffed or atleast needs a do it all person. The bathroom downstairs needs attention also. The room was comfortable over all the cleaniness was the biggest eyesore of the property. The room wqs / appeared clean .

Door between adjoining room did not lock. PM clerk on cell phone . AM clerk very good and attentive . Quiet ! Close to good food and fuel ! Obviously doing remodeling , but all the stuff torn out of rooms was piled in back ! Nice entrance and lobby . Just an ok bfast

Our room with a king bed only had 2 pillows, when I asked for 2 more they said I could have one. The halls reeked of food and no ice machines worked. Shower/tub had what looked like mold on the outside and bathroom fan did not work. Also says on website there is coffee and a breakfast item ….. not true!

Refrigerator was not working the iron had a sticky substance on it so I couldn’t use it. We requested towels, we never got it. The room had a bad odor. The breakfast, there was eggs. Staff were not friendly, I stood here two years ago, and it was a very nice hotel not anymore.

I always stay here when I am in the area normally no problems this time I think was by far the worst experience I have had my keys didn't work and the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about then asked for extra blankets and a pillow was told they didn't have any asked for a do not disturb sign for my door that normally are in the room was told they didn't have any I had to get one from the person in the room beside me asked for extra towels was told they don't do extra towels during the weekend
