“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……

Derrick, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. If we have any future stays in T town we will definitely stay here again. ”

The location is great as you get the benefit of seclusion without being too remote. It close to town which was convenient for shopping and dining. The hosts were beyond accommodating and were readily available for questions. I would consider staying here again and will recommend to others!”
