“We had family from Texas, Florida and Missouri travel to Alabama for a short stay in late March. The house was spotless, the beds were sooooo comfortable and the fenced in yard was perfect for our labs to run around after being in the car for so long. The large kitchen was perfect for all of us to contribute to the meals and the large dining room table served double duty as our game table. “As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……
