“This property is located in a excellent neighborhood overlooking a golf course and a short distance to the Chester river. The room was immaculate and ideal for all ages, especially Senior citizens. We booked this room for our 67th wedding anniversary in the first week in February with unfavorable weather, but the room was very cozy. We will defiently return later this year.”

“Rather than staying at a noisy hotel, we opted to go with the VRBO while at a lax tourney at the DE turf. The house is located in a quiet area. We ventured into surrounding towns for local restaurants and shopping. (It does take 12-15 min to get anywhere). The accommodations were comfortable and my daughter and I had our own sleeping areas. ”

Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay.”

“Beautiful and it was located close to my daughter and her family. It is close to shopping both food and outlets. The morning view of the water was so relaxing and beautiful while having a cup of coffee. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. I will definitely stay here again. ”
