“peaceful and fun. it’s a beautiful country setting. spent our mornings in the front porch.Darlene left carrots in the fridge for my granddaughter to share with junior (the donkey) and Raven (black horse) plus animal crackers for the goats. close to so much- stunning drives, distilleries, bardstown”

“We spent the weekend at Mammoth Caves (about 25-30 mins away) and this was the perfect spot for us to spend our nights. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze and everything we needed to be comfortable was there.One thing differs from the pictures is they have now installed a full sized stove/oven to replace the hotplate and toaster oven. We had a great time and plan to comeback and finish exploring the area in the near future. I would fully recommend checking this location out if you are……

“Absolutely gorgeous home, huge ! 1 large living room with a TV plus another living room for reading. A huge kitchen with all appliances, cookwear, dishes, etc. The coffee pot is a pod style but has an insert for ground coffee,and a variety of pods to choose from. A laundry room with new looking washer and dryer. 1st floor bedroom and bath. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bath. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. Very comfy beds and furniture. Very clean. “Property is exactly as described - charming little place with an exquisitely comfy bed, a small shower stall in the bathroom, and a little kitchenette. We didn’t spend a lot of time there since we were in town specifically for a festival at Barren River Magic, but it suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay there again, and would hopefully get to see the cows next time!”

“The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. There is a difference however between old and old/dirty/unkept. The floor was covered in dead bugs, spiderwebs, and dust. There was someone’s old food in n the mini fridge. Also, we are……
