We went to our room and then left to see the area. When we returned to our room, our tv would not work properly. The gentleman, Mark, working at the front desk; came to our room and did everything to make the tv work. When it wouldn't, he moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. He made sure everything was perfect in the new room. He was so gracious and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, too. Great location to walk in Ligonier. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ligonier.
