“This house is a grand old lady, comfortable with a few quirks befitting her age. The downstairs is spacious and we were able to fit 17 around the dinner tables available. Kitchen was well outfitted. There is a very steep staircase however, which some might find intimidating. Also, due to the age and draftiness of the house, the heating system was barely able to keep up with the 28-30 degree temps outside. Probably more comfortable in the non-winter months. Would stay again. ”

“This home was in a very quiet, nice area and close to several stores and restaurants. The place was clean and had plenty of room for all of us - a large family traveling for a funeral. Any hiccups that came up were solved quickly by the host. Very much enjoyed our stay!”

“This little house was perfect for our long weekend in Etna California. Very close to town but cozy and quiet. In the morning deer would be eating grass in the backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of seating. Didn’t get to use the fireplace, but it looked cute. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our stay was mostly good with some confusion tossed in. There weren’t enough towels for the four of us, but that was resolved fairly quickly with brand new towels. It was unclear as to who was supposed to be dumping the “tank” and where to empty the trash. It’s a decent trailer, in a convenient location and very reasonable. After an unexpected change in our previously arranged lodging, and despite the confusion, I’m glad it was there!”
