“This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. We brought our senior dog and I had just planned on carrying her, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have bad knees or older dogs, be aware. :) Stephanie was very communicative and friendly. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the ducks by the pond behind the building. The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations.
