Located a quarter mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail (getting on at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe), this is the PERFECT spot to hop on and off the trail at your convenience. Bring your bike or walk on Greenville's best trail. Our adorable one bedroom apartment boasts a cozy KING bed w/ en suite bathroom. Looking to cook a meal? All the basics you could need is in our open space kitchen. Looking to explore downtown? It's LESS THAN 1 MILE away! Everything you could need for your Greenville stay!

Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone.

Guest will have an ENTIRE apartment to themselves except for one closet that is locked for our cleaner's supplies. This apartment is a DUPLEX. The bathroom (located in the bedroom) and the living room shares a wall with the other apartment.

We live nearby but travel quite often for work. If you need anything, we are happy to assist along with any of our local team that we have helping us.

It is highly recommended you have a vehicle for transportation however if you just want to depend on Uber/Lyft, that is doable. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is within walking distance of our apartment.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone.
