This lodge is ideal for boaters, as there's a dock in the backyard and a public boat launch around the corner. If you bring an ATV with you, there's a trailhead about a mile away. The pebbly beach is a mere 30 feet away, and central Greenville is about two miles down the road.
Even when you're indoors, you can admire the beauty of the lake from the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. Retreat to the finished basement for a movie night; there's also additional sleeping space there, as well as walk-out sliding glass doors.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are four surveillance cameras on the exterior at the property.
Camera one faces the front door, camera two faces North down North Birch Street, camera three faces down at the parking area and camera four faces South up North Birch Street.
Cameras are active when the property is vacant for security purposes.
Dock details: The heavy duty commercial dock is 25 feet in length.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
