The room was gross. Sink stopped up, room smelled like smoke (now all of our clothes smelled like a smoke bomb), windows filthy, and when we lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs (as we always do anywhere we stay), someone’s flannel robe was under the mattress. Do not recommend and will not stay at an extended stay location in the future, will pay more to feel like I can REST comfortably and not feel just dirty and icky in a cheap hotel.

The accommodation were ok, but, There was a nut missing from the toilet seat and it was flopping around, the garbage disposal didn’t work and the kitchen sink did not drain properly, the fridge was not cooling to an adequate temperature.

No Rest for the Weary
My stay here was probably one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had to date. The first room I was given had dirty towels on the bathroom floor, overflowing trash can, and dirty bedding. The second room I was given was on the second floor as soon as I stepped off the elevator the smell was horrific, people were evidently smoking in their rooms (pot & cigarettes) I had to cover my face to get to my room. The room was dingy and felt very unclean, I slept in my clothes as to not get under the bedding. This hotel is in need of much repair & updating, it is not somewhere to go if you would like to get a clean good night's rest.

I recently stayed at MainStay Suites Greenville Airport and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy access to flights and nearby attractions. The suites were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen in the room was especially convenient, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a cozy atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. The fitness center was also well-maintained, and the outdoor pool area provided a nice spot to relax and unwind. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, making it easy to work or stream content. The staff at MainStay Suites were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made the experience even better.

One of the worst hotels experiences we've ever had
Bathroom sink didnt drain. No exhaust in bathroom so the room was dripping wet after a shower. Everything felt dirty/sticky. Microwave didnt work. None of the buttons on the heat/ac worked. All we could do was basically shut it off from underneath or let it run ac full blast. We had to ask for towels and bedding for the pull out couch even though it was clear we booked for 6. Lady was friendly enough but even though she asked me if i needed a pillow there was not one in the pack of stuff i got. Door didnt open well. Just a bit of a wreck in general. Only redeeming quality was it was a cheap place to sleep and shower.....though i felt like i needed to shower again once i got out of there. Worst part though was at 1130 pm someone was knocking on our door. They said there were reports we were being too loud. We're a group of 6 not being any noisier than any other hotel stay. We had the tv pretty quiet and just rotating our family through showers and getting ready for bed but we attempted to be even more quiet. Not 5 mins later the lady was back. We have never gotten such comments before. We were far from noisy. Literally confused as to what was going on. At 4am i was woken by someone above walking around. So i think its just that the hotel is horribly insulated. My husband tried to mention these concerns at check-out but though he waited 10-15 mins he never saw an employee other than a maintenance man offered ice for our cooler. Maybe if he was in charge it'd be ok there!
