“The condo worked well for our guests needs. ”

“The condo was exactly as described/pictured and was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay with my dog, as there were so many walking trails and grassy areas nearby. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive and it was great having Fish On and Le Baguette within walking distance. The stairs to the condo are very steep, and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but were ok for me and my dog. ”

“Unit is situated in a great location with easy access to bike trail, restaurants and Lewes town. The condo was very clean, with nice quality bed and bath linens. Property manager was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Only cautions, the unit is a third story walk-up, which maybe a concern for those with limited mobility; rooms are equipped with blinds that are not room darkening and morning sun in master bedroom is quite bright. Overall was fabulous experience and……

“About the property: lovely condo. Had lots of amenities not mentioned like a cooler and beach chairs. Nice layout for myself and 3 kids. Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives. Comfortable beds. Clean place but the floors could use a heavier mop, our feet were picking up black. Just need a good scrub probably. Location/Area - Easy location to jump off from. Great pool. We liked using Cape Henlopen for our beach days. Lewes beach is on the bay with no waves and shallow water which some with……

“We have been vacationing in the Lewes and Rehoboth area for about 12 years and Jessica’s place is our favorite because of how well she hosts, the layout of her condo and especially the cleanliness/quick communication. The pool area is fantastic and we actually spent more time there as opposed to the beach; this too was very clean and the residents whom we met and conversed with are very nice. We look forward to returning next year and hopefully over the fall or spring. ”

“My husband and our three children (12,12 &9) stayed here for a long weekend. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything to be continent but in a nice quiet area. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach. The condo was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was helpful and kind. “Condo is nicely decorated and very welcoming. Owners were communicative about all details and responded quickly to all inquiries. Beds were not the most comfortable (one too hard and one too soft) but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. With my bad knees and the amount of stairs, we will not be staying there again. ”
