“Our son was married at Enchanted Acres in Greenwood, SC. The Lakefront Estate allowed us to enjoy the company of 16 Family and Friends for the nights extending from the night before the rehearsal & dinner to the Wedding and Brunch the next day. There were 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths which worked well for our party of 16. The Estate has everything you need from a large family room with tables to play games and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grill……

“We enjoyed the stay. It does take about 20 minutes to get to town. We didn't get a chance to go on the lake while we waited but not sure I would have gone on the lake anyway. The place was big enough for the two of us. There are littl noises you hear throughout the day and night while you are there. It was easy to find and check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The beauty of Lake Greenwood and the apt name (Sunset Escape) gave us days of retreat and much needed R and R from busy ministerial lives. The accommodations were perfect, and the host thought of everything. The house was perfect, and the porch and the deck offered pleasing vistas. We definitely want to return. “Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. Overall the property was beautiful. Would've loved to sit out on the porch to drink a cup of coffee but we……

“A very quaint hotel in a great area, close to dining and shoppes. Room was very nice. Didn't care for $20 charge to check in just 20 minutes early. Also lobby coffee machine was broken and restaurant that was supposed to open at 7:00 did not open until 9:30 because employees were late. Otherwise this was a great stay.”
