“We arrived and were overcome with bad smells from the unairconditioned house being shut up in the heat for a long time. There were scores of dead bugs in every room of the house. We also killed a large spider. The master shower was covered with black mold. To get to the house was a five mile drive up a mountain with treacherous curves. We were in Evergreen for a wedding and would have to drive up the mountain at night which was daunting. WE DECIDED to get two hotel rooms at Comfort Suites ( not……

“The house was wonderful. We had a little mishap when we got there, but Vrbo and the owner rectified it immediately. He replyed back when I teached out to him. I would to come back in the summer so I can play the games in the backyard. ”

“This property is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The hosts were so responsive and even had a manual to make everything easy and accessible. It was super clean and so comfortable. From the fireplaces to the outdoor fire pits to the air hockey (the kids had a ball with it) and the hot tub, it was like a dream. It most definitely made it a dream vacation. It is unanimous with all of our family we will keep going back for more memories year after year, here.”

Full of amenities, everything I needed. Check in/out was painless. Local community is super friendly and I felt at home everywhere. A great location to escape to. Would love to stay here again”

“This is a very well kept property that is made up very nicely. The set-up inside and outside the property was just what we were looking for while our short stay outside Denver. The hot tub is a great and unique amenity but unfortunately, we ran out of time. The unit was very clean and all communications with the owner went well. ”

“Perfect locate to stay! The creek was beautiful and so pleasant to sleep to. Birds, and fish, and even a bear cub ame to visit! Close to Red Rocks and fly fishing, and tons of hiking. Great place for everyone.”

I will not hesitate to stay at this property in the future; it is close to Denver, Red Rocks, and Colorado Springs just to name a few. It was just what I needed during my travels.”
