“We have booked through Expedia for years and this was our first bad experience. This is a house not a hotel that we booked so our daughter, her husband and their newborn baby could join my husband and myself for a few days. We had hoped for the space a house provides. This house is not as described. First we were only given a phone number to call for instructions on how to enter the house. Upon calling the owner replied that she knew nothing of our booking and did not do business with Expedia.……
