“The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool……

“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“The management is wonderful! Very delightful, very French hotel. Big room. We were taken care of like long, lost children. I will always smile when I think of Heliot. Its location is very useful for wandering the old town, but also about 10 minutes walk to the train station (But it is not in a 'train station' kind of neighborhood). If you have a car, let them know ahead of time to arrange parking. ”

“Good, basic, if somewhat austere accomodations. the room was clean and comfortable for the three of us. Only real complaint was the noise overnight (we slept with our windows open) cooing from the street cleaning, garbage removal etc. It would be nice if the room was equipped with more electrical outlets for charging devices etc.”
