“We told the host we would arrive after 6pm in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. “Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car.”

“This is a great place to stay. So much history. The library is amazing. The cottage was built in the mid 1800’s. So it’s vey old. But certainly worth staying. Even electric blankets on the beds. ”

“Pavilion design is good in MONA, including all the equipment they used are famous, high tech and designer brand, but already a bit old and not very clean.
