“Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. ”

“Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Pärchen da und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Einrichtung. Besonders Küche und Kaminzimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und im Schnee auch wirklich eine schöne Kulisse. Vor Ort war die Kommunikation auch gut und zuvorkommend. Allerdings waren mit der Kommunikation zuvor nicht ganz so zufrieden. Auf Fragen wurde nicht eingegangen und auf Mails nicht geantwortet. Wir haben nur eine Mail erhalten zur Vertragsunterschrift - ohne Rückmeldung, ob……

“The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no.”

Basel, Zürich und der Rheinfall sind alle mit Tagesausflügen leicht zu erreichen und wandern kann man auch gehen. Auch ist der Ort mit Zug zu erreichen - da sollte man so 20 Gehminuten einplanen.”
