On a hill old farm (so cool thick walls) with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills. Great part (150m2) of a Casa Colonica (farm). Luxury property with fantastic views of a medieval village. Swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace. Very family friendly, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. Spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large private terrace. Flat screen with satellite and DVD player. Swimming pool with various (lie) beds and a couch. Villages nearby as Panzano and Greve Montefioralle with good supermarkets, fine restaurants and terraces. Market on Saturdays and Sundays. Also you can visit Florence and Siena (both 30 km). Hiking trails directly from home. In the summer you can use the large vegetable garden. Owners are occasionally present in the house upstairs (not rented). There is a private path from the apartment to the pool.

Very good stay in the middle of chianti

Traditional and magnificent house with a stunning view to the Tuscan landscapes! The house is well fursbished, beware the via romana to get there, drive slowly . We enjoyed our stay there and would definitly come back Thanks !

A True Tuscan Experience

The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to spread out. It could have been the time of year that we were there (September) but the mosquitos were absolutely awful so make sure to bring bug spray. Other thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the house. And as someone who does not ever travel with one, it left us running to the store to buy one!

Beautiful villa but very remote

We stayed here for 4 nights. Tessa provided quick responses to our questions. The villa has an unbelievable view of the Tuscan hills. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a nice open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. On our last night, Tessa provided a chef who made a great dinner for us. The road to the villa is a very rough dirt road that is 3/4 of a mile. Plan extra time to get anywhere! When you arrive at the villa, there is a gate that needs to be opened, which we did not know about but figured it out. The coop in Greve is the place to get your groceries.

Erholsame Woche mitten in der Natur

Super schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet - vor allem die Küche. Sehr geräumig. Wunderschöner Weitblick von der Terrasse. Allerdings sollte der Schotterweg erwähnt werden, nicht unbedingt praktisch für jedes Auto. Leider konnten wir auf Grund der Temperatur den Pool nicht nutzen. Das nette Besitzerehepaar war in der Zeit auch anwesend.

Wonderful! Our second visit!

Beautiful house, verandah and great swimming pool - large and deep enough for diving if your teenage kids love this as ours do! The Chianti region is beautiful. Trips to Siena and San Gimignano are a must!

Prachtig, zeer compleet uitgerust en mooi gelegen huis voorzien van alle comfort. Vier uitstekende 2-persoonsbedden en nog 1 bed extra. Moderne en nette badkamers. A great stay

The house and the location/view is amazing. Rooms are big and spacious, kitchen is well equiped. The road to the house is dirt road and SUV is definitely to prefer. The pool is amazing, but unfortunately not in connection with the house/terasse.

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Wonderful

Amazing flat in a gorgeous location. Easy access to nearby towns and wineries. Breathtaking views all around, especially from the pool. The flat, pool area and garden were exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tuscany Villa - panzano

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tuscany at its Best

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!

Beautiful villa in a dreamy setting

My husband an I spent 5 nights at the villa. We rented bikes and used them as our sole means of transportation. It worked out perfectly, as there are many restaurants not that far, and several towns that are easy to reach. But the time spent at the house just looking out at the view was truly magical. Pool was great as it was still very hot in October and there were still some veggies in the garden. I would highly recommend staying here. This was actually our second year staying here.

Absolutely incredible!

Einfach nur schön

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem Ferienhaus, bei dem einfach alles stimmt: ruhige Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, großer Pool, der Abkühlung bringt, tolle Aussicht, Weingüter und Wanderwege in der Nähe, günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Florenz, Siena oder San Gimignano. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und Fernblick

Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern) haben 2 tolle Wochen genießen dürfen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Fernblick auf Montefioralle, einen tollen großen Pool und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere auch die Terrasse genossen. Ruhig und einsam gelegen, die nächsten Häuser sind einige hundert Meter entfernt. Wie von anderen Besuchern bereits geschrieben ist der "Zubringerweg" sehr holprig und nicht für "tiefergelegte" Autos geeignet. Aber nach 2 Wochen gewöhnt man sich einigermaßen daran. Leider waren dieses Jahr viele Moskitos unterwegs. 3 Tipps: - Geht man den holprigen Zubringerweg weiter kommt man zu einer auf einer Anhöhe gelegenen Appartementanlage. Links vorbei erreicht man Greve in Chianti (Dauer ca. 35 Minuten). Dort gibt es auch eine größeren Coop zum Einkaufen. - Anschrift unbedingt auf google maps checken. Lt. Tessa gibt es in Italien mehrere Straßenbezeichnungen für das gleiche Objekt, google maps kennt aber nur eine. - Wenn Zeit ist auf dem Rückweg nach Deutschland einen Zwischenstop für ein paar Tage in Venedig (Entfernung 3 Std.) einplanen Fazit: 4 von 5 Sternen (1 Stern Abzug für den holprigen Zubringerweg), sonst aber traumhaft schön!

Extraordinary views

We had a wonderful stay with our two teens at this lovely villa in early July. The photos and descriptions don’t come close to doing justice to the magnificent views. The gardens and landscaping are exceptional. Lavender and rosemary shrubs around the infinity pool - wow! We had a lovely meal cooked by Simona which was a real treat. Local restaurant recommendations were all very good. We especially liked cute quaint La Castellana in Montefioralle. Like another reviewer mentioned, the only opportunity for improvement is in the quality of the bed and bath linens. When everything else is a 10/10, the tired linens didn’t quite fit. A wonderful place for a very special holiday.

Beautiful view

We stayed for 2 weeks at Panzanillino. The views are outstanding. Communication with Tessa was excellent. Simone did a great job cleaning and cooking for us. We appreciated all the info available with local restaurants etc. As others mentioned the road in is very rough so because of that we did get an SUV. Our only negatives was the bugs which I realize they have a rough time controlling. I feel the bedding and towels could stand a refresh. Many were pretty tattered but they did provide plenty. Overall a great trip and awesome Villa.
