Summer house with a beautiful view to the fjord

Situated on higher ground and with a beautiful view over the fjord, you will find this beautiful summer house on a deadend road near Grevinge. The summer house has an individualized furnishing with large glass doors that can be slid to the side, so that nature and the terrace merge quietly into the living room. The large wooden terrace from 2021 contains sun most of the day and contains garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers, from which you can relax, play and enjoy the fantastic view. There is also a covered part for lounge furniture and coziness. There are 150 m. to the fjord, and there is a designated walking route in the summer house.
The summer house has 3 bedrooms, of which 2 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed, which can accommodate both children and adults. In addition, there is a bathroom incl. washing machine and open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The view over the water can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining room, living room and alcove, which contains a daybed as well as lots of books and games.
Please find the TV screen with the option of viewing your own streaming services via the house's internet and Chromecast. The house also has a DAB radio with Bluetooth. There is a jetty at the fjord, and there are great opportunities for fishing in the immediate area. Short distance to food and ice house. Not for rent to youth groups.
