“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……

“The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”

“This is a VERY nice property. I would say possibly nicer than any Hotel I've stayed in. It's more like a nice condo or apartment with a full kitchen, huge balcony that wraps around the building. It was basically like new inside and everything worked perfectly. Nothing negative to say about the place. The price was extremely low for what you get. The manager was incredibly nice and helpful. He even personally drove us to the airport because we were having trouble getting an Uber or a Taxi.……

“Evelyn gave us a very warm welcome, and the house was exceptionally clean. We felt completely comfortable during our stay. We did a lot of hiking in the beautiful surroundings, and despite the rain, the children used the pool every day and loved it.The house truly felt like home — everything we needed was there. Tee und Kuchen von Madame schmeckten ausgezeichnet.In der City und an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist msn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Sicherer Parkplatz am Haus.Colmar ist immer eine Reise wert.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.”

"We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly to Asian guests ."
