“We stayed for 2 weeks, whilst the rest of the country had a heat wave, we had a couple of nice days and the rest was misty and windy. However, the house exceeded our expectations being warm, comfortable and had everything you could need - really high quality furnishings etc. Fantastic views from the house and the patio area and walks from the doorstep. “Beautiful house at the end of the island. Stunning view. We got to see dolphins, seals and eagles from the living room.Plan lots of time if you want to explore Skye from here, since it is pretty far out and the roads are only to driven slowly.The house was not quite as clean as we had expected but Alan and Gill were very kind and did everything to correct it.”

“Best family holiday for years. Nice touches here and there. If you arrived with nothing in the middle of the night you’d cope what with the spare/extra food and household essentials. Great to not have to be concerned about bedding or towels. Sorry we ended up with 3 towels in our laundry. Will launder and return. The views are amazing. The loch warm enough to swim in. And fish. Don’t know about the rules of the latter but we caught nothing anyway. The beaches are somewhat amazing- even though……
