“L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14……

“Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch.
