“We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more! The “grocery stores” near by are small so if you’re coming from a larger area it may be worth bringing groceries with you. A few things to note for future guests -……

“My family had a great stay here, location was super close to both north and south side of Lake Quinault (full loop was closed due to road improvements). Extra pullout bed was great as we ended up wanting to spread out a bit. Only two main notes were there wasn’t any access to a washer/dryer (despite listing stating there would be) and it was essentially a duplex as the garage had been converted into another residence that shares a wall and there was an RV residence on the property which we……

“It was so quiet on the lake. A perfect getaway. There were trails nearby and it's only 45 mins away from Kalaloch beach. Check in was super easy.”

“The location on the lake and the view from the cabin are both exceptional. Communication was excellent all through the process including registering, directions, and what to use and how to use the things at the property. Everything was clean and in working order. Had a wonderful time and would return.”
