“Loved the location. Loved the fantastic breakfast and free hot drinks all day downstairs. Didn't like the €15 a day parking charge. Didnt like the very limited menu of four dishes with the overpriced veggy option absolutely disgusting, literally inedible due to high salt content. Also didn't like the 'courtyard' view from the rooms which in reality is a view of all the massive heat recovery pupes on the roof. “staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Paid 25 Euro more for an upgrade to a room with balcony that you can watch the Flower Parade from there comfortably. Room is spacious and clean with a supper comfy bed.
