Bay Gardens Inn is a beautiful inn! Tropical and the staff is so polite and helpful . The breakfast is too notch . I think the front door can be properly secured, the bathroom sink in our room be unclogged , and the shower itself needs a little more sprucing up. The bed and pillows comfy , air condition worked great! I think the hotel should allow guest to log in and out using their own user account for Netflix- if that is possible then I was not able too. It asks for a code that I couldn’t receive at front desk. Aside from this - wonderful tropical place , convenient and safe.

The property was completely unacceptable. There were roaches all over the floor, and there was no microwave provided. Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo for my shower. I reported these issues to the staff multiple times, but they ignored me. When I spoke to the manager, she was unhelpful and refused to offer any compensation or assistance to improve my experience during my seven-day stay in St. Lucia. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to avoid it; it’s terrible, and the staff is equally disappointing. They show no respect for guests and seem more interested in receiving tips than providing help. The air conditioning was not functioning, and what frustrated me the most was the presence of large cockroaches everywhere. The property was not clean, and I did not receive any support. I asked for coffee, but they refused to show me where to find it. When I requested a bottle of water on a sweltering 90° day, I was told I would have to walk to another hotel to get it. This was, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed, and I am seeking a full refund. Nothing was working as promised; the manager kept saying they would try to resolve the issues, but they never followed through. I felt lied to and neglected, as they clearly cared only about themselves. I have videos to prove my argument.

Don’t waste your time.

This stay was terrible, the female security guard was so rude for no reason at all. Needed a stay before my airbnb was ready and after leaving a nice hotel to this was a terrible downgrade in every way.

The only staff that were pleasant were Petula (receptionist) and Kerwin (excursions staff). The people in the dining area (restaurant) were highly rude and disrespectful. There were no pleasantries even when guests said “good morning”. They don’t provide wash cloths and they don’t give a tour or explain amenities to the guests. There are no elevators so please be mindful of your luggage (staff will help with this but it may take a couple minutes especially if on the second floor. The ice machine was not easily located. There are no wash cloths and the towels often came spotty or dirty after room service changed them out. Do not use the water kettle even to heat up any bottles water as they were not clean. The way this facility is set up is not considerate. Staff seemed perturbed when you asked them ABOUT ANYTHING. I have never had this experience in any of the Caribbean islands that I’ve visited and I’ve been to Many islands. The bulletin board is not visible if you don’t come and look for it. Furniture is dated (bed creaked and made noises with changing the slightest positions). The transportation is NOT included so be prepared to pay round trip 240 to and from the lodging. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the stay.
