“The house was just as described and waking up to that view every morning was amazing. There was more than enough room for our group of 8. The pool area was the perfect space to relax and cool off when you needed it. Paul was an incredible host, attentive to all of our needs. There was a known power outage in our area and he gave us a heads up of exactly when it was happening. He provided suggestions for local restaurants-check out Coal Pot if you have a chance. The villa was quiet, peaceful, spacious, very clean and had great amenities including a great pool area. “I have stayed many places in St.Lucia including Cotton Bay, Coco Palm, Smugglers Cove to name a few. But my stay at Royalty's retreat was by far the best. The villa description is what you need if you looking for peace and serenity. The host is super responsive and goes out of her way to make her guest feel welcome. she would go the extra mile to accommodate her guest needs by even allowing me and my family to share her private quarters when we needed to stay for two extra nights. “The place is nice and, in general, clean (pair ot roaches in bathroom).Barely large enough bedrooms, kitchen ok- no oven (not that you need one) the dining area was the nicest. Cleaning crew in a hurry to see us go before the stated checkout time,Never mind: beautiful surroundings, the beach is gorgeous, the people are super friendly, the frogs singing is relaxing and seductive; tropical life is the best life and saint lucia is a very beautiful place, very much worth visiting.”

“The location of the property is just what we were looking for, fantastic views over the harbour and only a 10-15min walk to the shops and restaurants, but a bit longer up hill on the way back.Hector was the perfect host, on hand if needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our stay. The pool was ideal for an early morning dip and to cool off later in the day. Although the kitchen area is small, there is everything you need for those evenings you choose to eat in.We will definitely book here again……

“On arrival at the property my partner and I were a little disappointed with the outside appearance, however the inside of the property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and tidy. One welcome surprise was the well stocked pantry and a cupboard full of all the household cleaning products you would need. “Location was excellent - 2 minutes from The Ramp at Rodney Bay and 5-15 minute walk to the Grocery Store, restaurants, Banks. Pool is an added bonus. Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

The apartment is close to all major attractions and amenities in the area. Curby was responsive throughout the trip and arranged for all of our transportation needs. His drivers were amazing, especially Burch at 12 Star Vehicle Rentals who made getting around very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!”
