“The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant. No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one. They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? ”

“Fel adress. Usel och felaktigt skyltning, vi letade länge för att hitta ingången (på andra sidan huset. Två trappor upp, utan hiss. Rumsskylning bakom dörr, utan hänvisning. Men när man väl hittat dit: förträffligt, stilrent rum. Väl utrustat med bra kvalitet. Sköna sängar.”

“Katastrofe! Nie wieder! Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise hatte ich ein Zimmer hier reserviert. Nach einigen Stunden Autofahrt dort angekommen, war zunächst niemand da. Alles geschlossen. Dienstag ist Ruhetag! Nach einem Anruf, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass gleich jemand kommt, und mich in mein Zimmer führt. Die Person die kam, soricht allerdings kein deutsch! Nur polnisch. Gott sei dank gibt es google Übersetzer. Ich wurde in das Zimmer geführt, das Gebäude ist sehr alt, es wird drin geraucht und……
