“The guest house was cozy for a family of 3. Location is a little off the beaten path if you’re looking for a place away from touristy areas. Communication was clear and timely for booking and checking in. ”

“A hidden gem of tranquility in an urban setting. Jenny and her entire family were very accommodating and welcoming, not to mention generous with access to additional amenities. Worth every penny and perfectly located to my family’s location. Would recommend for a couple or family of 3 comfortably with air mattress they would provide. On our last day, we were trying to figure how to just stay one more day so we could spend more time in this lovely apartment. ”

“As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.”

“Wonderful stay for our spring break in San Diego. This property is centrally located to everything we wanted to do... the zoo, sea world, Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, etc. Never more than a 20 min drive (as long as you don't hit traffic times). Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. My teens loved the roof even though the igloo was down due to a wide storm. Would for sure recommend! ”

“The best thing about this property is the amazing host! Scott helped us with a small glitch when we arrived and was incredibly responsive. He also stocked the kitchen with coffee so that our mornings were relaxed and perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this host and his lovely property.”

“The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. ”

“My mom and I came out for the weekend and LOVED it. John is incredibly friendly and has a gorgeous property, it is even better than the photos. Being able to listen to the ocean right from the patio was lovely. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality! We’ll be back. ”

“It was a great stay for what we needed. We didnt plan to stay in the hotel for most of the trip. We needed a place to sleep and this location was perfect! Close to everything that we wanted to do/visit. Rooms were a good size just for us 2. Like i said we just needed a place to sleep. All the front desk were super friendly and helpful! ”
