Birch and Stone is a newly renovated 1838 Farmhouse nestled in Groton, Massachusetts. Located on the same property as The Herb Lyceum and The Gilson Family Farm, this house is surrounded by four acres of fragrant herb gardens, greenhouses, and flowering trees.

Cozy historic perfection

We only stayed one night to attend a wedding in Groton but would have loved to linger at this delightful historic home. Centrally located and convenient. Stocked with everything you need and so many extra touches that made it special. Stocked coffee and tea bar; seating in so many places on the first floor to make conversation easy; welcome book with helpful info and easy to locate Wi-Fi password; notable historic notes and artwork. Nod to the transcendental history of the region. Welcoming and responsive host. All around perfection.
