The front desk folks were very nice and helpful. The room was pretty worn, though it was clean. The heating/ac unit didn’t turn off; I had to unplug it. The toilet seat was barely attached to the toilet. The ice machine was broken. The bathtub dripped. The television worked perfectly.

Everything about this property felt like it was old and not well-cared for. The couches in the lobby were poorly covered with couch covers. The laundry room floor was dirty and unswept. The carpets on the stairs were threadbare. The jacuzzi tub was not working and the handles were missing. The TV remote wasn’t working. Insulation between rooms was terrible and I could hear everything in the hall and the next room. The bed was fine and the room was clean so that was good and the size of the room was large.

Stain on our sheets, worm in our bathroom. When we asked for new sheet, there wasn't an apology or anything. Just a "how many do you want?" I was glad we were only staying one night.

The room smelled llike marijuana and the bed was tilted downwards like it was broken. They did give us a different room. The noise from Penelec workers staying there was really bad very noisy until 11:00 p.m. then noisey again 5:30 a.m. Sorry will not stay there again.

The front desk host was on a phone call in his ear bud while checking us in, which might be why he gave us key cards to a room that actually had someone in it when we unlocked and entered the room. When we went back to the front desk ( mortified) he still didn’t hang up, AND acted like we were wrong. The actual facility is not bad, comfortable beds, clean room, but his front desk skills might serve better on the continental breakfast line.

The property was very run down. You get what you pay for. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the breakfast being offered was digusting. There wasn't even peanut butter, jam or or butter for the toast. The sausages looked old and dried up. Hotel is located to many restaurants within walking distance.

This was a fine place to stay for our visit to the area. The breakfast was very good, although when things ran out, they weren’t replenished. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, however it was closed for operations while we were there. When we asked about it, the only explanation was that it was closed. That was disappointing. The staff were friendly and the beds and rooms were clean, which is the most important thing.

Shopping across the street and the restaurant next door was nice. The floorboards between the bed and the wall in 217 were noisy and the bed made noise when we got in and out of it

The room I was in had NO hot water either in the sink or the shower. When I reported that to the front desk I got a shrug and a ‘Sorry’ but that’s it. Not sure I’d stay at this hotel again Otherwise the room was decent.
