“This hotel is a little gem and provided us with a perfect stop over on our way to Dorset for a holiday. We arrived around 7.30pm and the check in process was friendly and efficient. Our room (number 58) was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony plus an extra window, as we were on the corner of the building. The bed was very comfortable. Although there is an option to eat at the hotel, we chose to explore a little and ate at The Wookey Hole Inn, just a few minutes walk away.……

“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. I even used the pool which had a lift for disabled folks to get in/out. Had a great stay and a great time. Lovely friendly people and very helpful. My wife even pulled the……

“Unfortunately we didn't stay the night, we had to leave due to family circumstances. We had a lovely welcome at reception. The gentleman on duty was really helpful and supportive. The room was excellent, as was the view. Everything in the hotel was fresh and clean. ”
