Central heating and air conditioning create a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Separate, semi-private office/desk area for folks who may want or need to work on their laptops whether for business or leisure. This location is adjacent to Pine Mountain Lake's Golf Course and Pro Shop and is a short walking distance from the community pickleball courts, and the PML Grill Restaurant and Lounge. One of the particularly unique features about this home is the hidden short-cut trail behind the home, which is a lovely short walk leads to the 19th Hole Lounge, Golf Course/Pro Shop, Grill Restaurant.

Located in the community of Pine Mountain Lake, this home is close to a variety of activities. Just four miles away, Pine Mountain Lake has all you need for an adventurous day with boat rentals, fishing, and picnic areas. The historic town of Groveland is a short drive away and has many of the original buildings, including The Iron Door Saloon, the oldest saloon in California. Yosemite National Park is 25 miles away for an exciting day trip to experience its beautiful scenery.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
