The room we got was a good deal. The room was clean, it had the amenities we needed for our stay, and the conditions were acceptable. The front office staff was was helpful and professional, which was different from my previous stay here, when the person at the front office was not very welcoming. My only complaint from this room was the bathroom sink, which drained slowly, and the wall conditions under the sink, which seemed to need some work. Over all, it was a good stay, and I would definitely book again.

Property is great! Very clean , well tended, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only drawback is that in winter season their restaurant is closed so we had to get food elsewhere.

What a gem!! This lodge was very updated, clean, quiet and convenient to entering Yosemite. We will stay there again!! I’m sure the pool and hot tub are opening in the spring and summer, but they were not in the winter. They also have a great playground area for kids. I’d rate this an 11 out of 10

The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the water temperature. The water didn’t get hot enough, but other than that, everything was nice and clean and tidy.

Hotel rooms are pretty updated which is a plus but the service needs a huge improvement. No one is ever at the front desk. You have to wait for them to come out from the back office or say hello. Wifi is pretty bad as well. Goes in and out quite often. The blow dryer in our room was broken as it was only blowing out cold air, mind you, we are in December and the outside temperature was about 30°. My wife called the front desk for about 10 minutes from the room and no one ever answered. Then she called the main number and after several tries, we reached someone only to tell us that the maintenance person had already left and they’d see if there was something they could do. We never heard back. The least they could have done is given us access to an empty room to use it since the dryers are attached to the wall. Lastly, 2 of the towels left had stains on them and since they dont answer the phones, i had to drive in the cold rain to the office to get fresh towels. Besides those issues, it went pretty well for 2 nights.
