Areas very clean,restrooms very clean .and supplies excellent. Room service very clean ,soap,shampoo,hand cream etc excelent. Safety box excellent .ONLY TOWELS very bad shape ,surprise on a 5 star hotel. I have pictures of the towels —-Service at restaurant Agave terrible ,23 minutes waiting on our table ,and nobody approach to serve coffee or water or take the orders for breakfast ,we decide to leave ,at the exit the receptionist at restaurant agave ,we explained the reason for our leaving and she just replied oh ok . Not a commitment to bring a service or like that. Same day at night I approach to receptionist and explained the early morning bad experience at Agave restaurant and she said that she put notes or inform to a supervisor ,you guess nobody call us . - Next morning day we decide to try again and unfortunaly the food was cold,I think they left at kitchen the food for extra minutes and when we get the food was cold.after that We never return back to try the restaurant. this was our first experience at Barcelo,was not a nice experience . Mention that I was on the hotel from may 13- to may 21.
