Beautiful house in Chapala with an incredible garden with pool and Jacuzzi with a spectacular view of the lake. Fully equipped for a romantic or family getaway. It has living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bedroom on the ground floor with king size bed and a nice view to the patio, on the top floor bedroom with king size bed and balcony with spectacular view of the lake and garden. Shared recreations areas (garden, garage, pool, jacuzzi, terrace). It has all the comforts to spend a few days away from stress everything in a very Mexican atmosphere. As an added bonus, the property caretakers live in the complex which will give you added security and peace of mind during your stay. Should you have any questions about the property, need cleaning or advice about the area, they will be happy to assist.

Great Relaxing Place
The house is well kept and it was very clean. Daniel the property manager is very attentive anytime we needed anything he responded right away. The internet is a bit slow so if you plan to work from here best to have a back up. When we stayed there was no renters in the back house so we had the entire place to ousleves. There are two houses on this property and we rented the front house which was perfect for what we wanted. This property is a 15 minute walk to Jocotepec pier which is a great place to explore grab an ice cream or beverage and enjoy the view. I would definitely return here again.

Daniel and his family are very nice. They live onsite. The house is very unorganized and not too clean. There are things in all the drawers and closets. I definitely wouldn’t pay the expensive amount for this house again. The hot tub is heated by the sun so it’s never hot. The lake is useless, no one goes in the polluted water there. Guests do not have much privacy as a family lives and plays onsite. The curtains are see through especially at night. The bedding and towels are quite old which didn’t bother me but with such a high booking things could use a refresh and paint job. The faucets fell off, the front door barely latched closed, the sliding doors didn’t open without a key which is a fire hazard. The key was impossible to use so we didn’t get the full use exiting onto the patio. It’s a bit of a walk to anything but we did use the mini tienda directly across the street. The grounds are also all fenced in so we did feel safe. We are a family of 4 and rented the house near the pool. There’s a master bedroom in the main house, 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is a separate master bedroom and bath. I did like having use of the washer dryer. Both bedrooms have tv and dvd. Grounds are nicely kept. Car can be pulled in by the front door. A bit expensive. Far from Lake Chapala.

Worst place ever
The property was dirty and the listing was incorrect they never informed this is a shared property with other renters and they omit to tell it in the listing.. the place is small and not maintained properly

Excelente opción a la Ribera de Chapala
Todo estuvo de acuerdo a lo ofrecido y aún mejor. Cometimos algunos excesos obligados por la situación del. CORONAVIRUS pero creo que hubo gran comprensión por parte de los propietarios. Muchas gracias!!!
