“This property is located in a nice location. It is close to lots of necessary stores and beaches. We rented both of the villas to house our families to celebrate the new year. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Victor was attentive to every question and need that arose on our vacation. On the island you may face challenges. The entire island had a power outage while we were there for over 24 hours. However, Victor made sure as soon as I called him to have someone there to get the generator up……

“Aaron & Ara have everything you need to make your vacation effort less!Their villa is perfect, beds are comfy, place is clean and very neat. We followed their instructions turning off the ACs while not staying in the villa and when we got back turned them both on in 15 min the villa was cold enough to our satisfaction. Must stay if you want to spend time at Playa Buye, though we went to Playa Sucia more as we loved that beach better and was an easy ride from the villa to light house/playa sucia……

“Property was not ready to receive guests. Pictures are not updated. The property was dark and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. Location has the appearance of isolation and abandonment. Gate fob didn’t work, inside the property was dark and lights didn’t work. The number provided was wrong. My partner and I were very disappointed that we opted to stay elsewhere. I strongly don’t recommend this place.”

“The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the……

“I lost communication after check-in. No hot water (difficult for a 3yo toddler) Washing machine and dryer not functional... The location is great but be aware of this before booking.”

“Overall a great stay and property. Loved the pool with outside shower, bathroom, and full kitchen. No closet space or draw space except for a nightstand so I just lived out my suitcase which was fine with me. No TV’s in bedroom only in the common area. Property manager awesome at responding to all messages sent. The street was not as busy as I expected. There are a few stores near by but close early if you used to city life. A new bar opened up the road if you want to go out for a drink. Did not……

“Description was very accurate. Location was great, walking distance to town and beach, and still private and secluded. Home was very clean. The washer and dryer were welcome, especially at a beach house. The beds and couches were not as comfortable as we would prefer. The second floor porch is fantastic! A great house overall. We'd definitely stay here again. ”
