Excellent house, very well built in Spanish colonial style, with great accommodation for 10 people (accommodating up to 12, with 2 people on mattresses - to be agreed). 700 meters (7 to 9 min walking) from Pernambuco beach and Shopping Jequitimar - Hotel Sofitel, next to the Golf Club, surveillance on the street. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The street is super quiet.
Equipped, furnished, outside pool area with access from the living room and bedrooms with terrace. Barbecue area (with Argentine grill) with bathroom, tables and chairs. Always sunny and ventilated. All the necessary comfort for the guests.
