“This unique property was a fun place to stay, with multiple areas to hang out in, all in the midst of a wooded lot. Very relaxing. The deck and the treehouse were my favorites, but the Observatory/cabana and the elevated platform were also great. The kitchen was fully equipped (there was even a melon baller!) for cooking or baking. The hot tub was nice after a morning of hiking, and I saw wild turkeys hanging around in the "neighborhood". ”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Mountain Retreat! Not a stretch to say one of the best stocked rental homes ever I've ever booked. We stayed two nights with three families including kids ranging from 2-12 years old. Everything you could ask for was available for cooking in the kitchen with more than enough glasses and tableware in excellent condition. “We came as a group of 24 graduate students for our annual Fall retreat. The property was beautiful, the pool was definitely a plus. Having only three bathrooms is not the most ideal condition for large groups but if you are ok with it then I definitely recommend the place”
