La propiedad está muy bonita y acogedora. Los restaurantes muy ricos y el personal es excelente: Gabriela Albuquerque, Fanny, Flor, Francisco Lopez, todos son excelentes y se desviven por que te sientas bien.

Majority of the staff were friendly, the resort was beautiful with clear and clean water. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a beach resort. The reason for the 4 stars, I do wished the hotel rooms/bathrooms were a bit cleaner and the receptions included better service when receiving calls, sometimes they will not answer your call despite the receptionists being available 24/7 . The vacation package provided some false advertisement, as the full service SPA is not included with the package, you would have to make a surcharge, there is no bus shuttle despite expedia listing bus shuttles, The bus shuttles were for staff and not the tourists. Besides these gray areas, i did enjoy my 1 week stay at Coral Costa Caribe, i felt at home.

La habitacion que reservé no fue la que ellos me dieron y aun asi decidieron no cambiarla. Cuando fui a recepcion a quejarme me dijeron que debia llamar a Expedia. Expedia costumer care me dijo que me llamarian en las proximas 3 horas lo cual nunca paso y tuve que quedarme en una habitacion que no tenia vista al mar y tenia 2 camas.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn't Recommend We arrived as a group of 9, having booked a four-day stay, but ended up leaving after less than 24 hours. First, the resort is about two hours away from PUJ, and this isn't made clear unless you actively research it. Upon arrival, we found that all four of our rooms were not properly cleaned. The towels looked more like floor rags than anything you'd expect at a resort. The buffet area had no AC, making it uncomfortable, and the food was cold. To make matters worse, there was water leaking everywhere due to the rain. We immediately contacted Expedia to make arrangements to switch resorts, which we did promptly. When we checked out, the supervisor approached us to inquire about our early departure. After politely explaining the situation and showing her photos of the conditions, we asked if they could at least arrange a transfer for our group. Unfortunately, she said they could do nothing to help us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this resort to others.

The resort had a very good vibe with all the plants and landscaping and the layout of the main outdoor area but that’s about the only good aspect of my stay. The staff was very unfriendly and the spa was closed for half of my stay. I travelled with my wife and another couple and we picked this resort because of the “full service spa” which only offered massages (with absolutely no privacy) and nothing else that was advertised. Also we tried asking for extra towels for our room multiple times but the cleaning staff was very strict about only allowing 1 towel per person which was not pleasant for my wife. Overall the stay was just okay and I will not be going back.

Hello, thank you for reaching out this was the worst out of the country experience I've ever had and I speak for the group of 18 people that came with me to celebrate myself/my daughter birthday which was 5/9/25. It started with the check in process which was extremely long. Myself and several other members of the family paid extra for the superior king bedroom with beach view to be placed in a double queen bedroom which was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. When I went back to the front desk the manager on duty 5/8/25 around 2:20pmEST was very rude, she said to me there was no price difference, there were no more king superior rooms available and only offered to transfer our room Saturday 5/10/25 at Noon which wasn't convenient, there were no face towels, we didn't get face towels after calling the front desk until the day, ants were in the room each day, I reported the issue twice no one ever came, while we were out of the room on an excursion Friday 5/9/25 someone entered the room without our knowledge dealing with the A/C unit and left a mess behind, when I called for someone to clean up the mess no one came until the next day, the outside daytime female bartender by the lobby was extremely rude each day and ignoring us, both male indoor lounge night time bartenders was rude and ignoring us, they were catering to the male customers. The excursion male employee Junior set us up (17 of us) for a so-called Party boat for Sunday Mother's Day 5/11/25, false advertisement.

Some of the Staff was Outstanding such as Alfredo,Supv Jose and Supv. Francisco. There was no face cloths in the Room when we checked in and even after one night when Housekeeping cleaned the room they did not provide face cloths. Been to several resorts and this is on the Lower tier of resorts

En primer lugar, no me gustó que me ubicaran en una habitación sin balcón, a parte de eso el techo se veía mojado y tuve miedo. No me gustó lo poco variado que es el buffet, el desayuno y el almuerzo no es variado. El buffete en la cena tiene mariscos y fue como lo mejor. La animación de la noche es pobre pero fuera de eso la playa es bonita y la piscina
