“We had a very happy stay at this house in the country with our two friends. It is ideally located within an hour’s drive of interesting sites and historic towns. The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house was comfortable, beds were very good and the garden provided a peaceful setting with a choice of sitting and lounging areas. Louise was lovely, an excellent hostess who responded quickly to our questions and needs. ”

“We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. “Way more house than we needed for just the two of us—5 bedrooms and 4 baths—but it always felt comfortable. Very nicely decorated with art and ceramics. Beautiful grounds, including a large swimming pool. Spectacular views across the valley and into the hills and mountains beyond.
