“Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. Beim Einkaufen sollte man trotzdem nichts……

“Das hast ist klein aber fein, liegt toll in den Bergen und ist ideal zum erholen. Keinen Trubel, nur Ruhe und Natur pur. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Cortona. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und eine schöne Altstadt. Die Famile denen das Haus gehört wohnen gleich neben an, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war's im April noch etwas kalt aber dank dem Offenen Kamin und genügend Feuerholz war das kein Problem. Wir werden dort bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……

The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed).
