“A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were……

“Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to……

“Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.”
