“We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking……

Nestled right at the entry of the ski lift, the hotel's location is its biggest draw. It's a dream come true for anyone eager to hit the slopes without any hassle. However, it's important to note that the dining options at the hotel could see some improvement. The food selection was quite minimal, which might be a downside for those who cherish a varied culinary……

“Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.”

“Our family of five (two adults and three kids) stayed at Hotel Geography for a week over Christmas for skiing. The hotel is pretty basic but rooms were clean, modern and handily had two bathrooms. The hotel is not ski-in / ski-out but offers a free shuttle to Marco Polo hotel in the mornings. Breakfast was basic and could have been improved (ran out of milk one day, bread a bit stale, limited choice on everything) but definitely enough options to fill up on for a day of skiing.
