“Supportive staff….Ac switched off early morning 7am than switch on at 7 evening. Hostel is located in front of mosque and narrow road where cab/taxi can’t reach. ”

“this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe ”

“All the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, restaurant is open 24 hrs (very convenient). Food is full of variety and creativity. The deal we got for the stay including two meals a day, it saved us a lot of trouble in dining. The hotel provides airport pick-up service and city tour at guest's own cost, it helps guests travel safer and more convenient in the city.
