We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. "The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy. It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia. However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. "
